Travel
Participants can fly into Sacramento Airport or Redding Airport or drive.
Los Angeles to Mt Shasta 9 1/2hr drive
Sacramento to Mt Shasta 3 1/2hr drive
Redding Airport to Mt Shasta 1hr drive
Camp Gear
Tent / Tarp / Sleeping bag / Sleeping Pad / Pillow / Knife / Headlamp / Water bottle / Biodegradable Soap / Hiking Boots / Eatery + Utensils / Warm Hat / Rain Jacket / Etc
Camp Gear Rental: $60 total
(We provide Tent / Sleeping Bag / Air Mattress)
Packing
Please be prepared with proper items; i.e. have what you need but pack appropriately. You should be able to fit your gear in a camp bag, and clothes in a separate duffle. Mt Shasta town is 30 minutes down the mountain. We can go there if needed, but would like to reduce travel.
Forms
Please fill out your Emergency Contact Form and Liability Release Form. Also, please let us know if you have any major food allergies. And let us know if you take any medications, have medical issues, or history of mental health issues. Safety is our priority. Thank you!
